I specialize in interaction design, branding, illustration, and art direction.
Understand the user's problems and then create a solution that solves the problem.
A big part of my process is understanding the problem the user is encountering. My goal is to find one or more solutions that solve the problem. I start with research, analyze the research, explore many options, pick the best option to design, and then validate the design.
